Bedroom number two, located on the third floor offers the same gorgeous view. On the second floor is a large bedroom suite, that includes a small kitchenette. This suite is ideal for a couple with children and can accommodate a small family if necessary. The fourth bedroom is also located on the second floor. The large open family room and luxurious kitchen make staying at home a vacation in itself. An eleven foot long dining table allows all guests to comfortably dine together. The large main level lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with seating to accommodate 14 guests comfortably. This home is equipped with an elevator to help access all three levels of the house.

The swimming pool and hot tub are simply stunning. A large, shaded lanai on the pool level allows guests an escape from the sun and provides a great spot for an afternoon siesta. Within steps of the pool is a 100 foot long boat dock. Guests will enjoy watching boat traffic pass by from the dock seating area. Fishing off of the dock offers the opportunity to catch any number of Gulf of Mexico fish, including shark, snook, red fish, and amber jacks. The wildlife that guests will see from the dock is amazing. Dolphins, manatees, sting rays, and pelicans are daily visitors.
