A real estate professional since 1988, Teresa specializes in the Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero markets. She is well respected among her clients for the patient, honest guidance she provides and for her ability to break down the real estate process into an experience that’s manageable, understandable, and even enjoyable, which it should be.

In 1989, she became the general manager of a new construction community, where she trained agents and directed/coordinated outside sales. Teresa then moved on to site sales, where she spent fourteen years working successfully in the new home construction industry, specializing in luxury homes and high-rises. This includes two prestigious private golf course communities in Bonita Springs, Bonita Bay, and Shadow Wood at The Brooks. From there, she transitioned into general real estate as a Sales Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. She is now with John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, listing and selling in SW Florida and representing the new community of The Enclave of Distinction in North Naples.

Teresa's ongoing commitment to excellence in real estate is also demonstrated through professional designations that include Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN).
