As a 35-year resident of SW Florida, Melissa Richards can highlight everything this area has to offer! She began her career working for a top international real estate company in account payables, marketing, administration, special event project coordinator and the Broker's assistant. She coordinated a family's Habitat for Humanity’s house build and events like large charitable golf tournaments.

While working there she learned the real estate industry from the back end while studying to obtain her real estate Broker's license, the industry's most comprehensive license to follow the managing broker's mentorship to move up the corporate ladder.

Melissa has been in real estate sales and marketing for 16 years and has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation which is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.
