Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristine began visiting Florida with her family in the early-80s as they began investing in seasonal residence and vacation properties. She was raised in the hospitality industry and her family owned a once iconic Lehigh Valley Lobster House, Cossie Snyders Corner, for more than 30 years. She went on to enlist in the US Army National Guard, graduating from the US Army Quartermaster School in Fort Lee, VA. Kristine served as an Automated Logistics Supply Specialist in PAARNG, while being employed full-time as a Financial Aid Advisor at Lincoln Technical Institute’s, Allentown, PA Campus.
Kristine continued serving in the PAARNG while being trained as a Finance Specialist at the Defense Finance and Accounting Services Center in Indianapolis, IN, while simultaneously continuing her full-time position as a Financial Aid Advisor at Lincoln Technical Institute’s Indianapolis, IN Campus.
In 2002, following 9/11, Kristine was recognized by her Company Commander and became one of 5 soldiers from her Company to be offered the opportunity to serve on Active Duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. As Task Force Keystones Logistical Integration Support Team Administrative NCO during the deployment, redeployment and contingency operations in the USAREUR Theater, Kristine was recognized for her meritorious service and her noteworthy Administrative support while serving in Germersheim, Germany, where she was awarded the Army Achievement Medal.
Kristine moved back and returned to work on Sanibel and Captiva in 2004, where she became a valued member in the Marketing department at one of the premier real estate firms on the Islands at that time. Kristine attended Real Estate School in 2005 and became a licensed Florida Realtor. Her invaluable assets afforded her the opportunity to work as a personal Assistant to multiple Agents; all of whom were Top Producers at that time; one who many years later started her own Brokerage Firm. Kristine was also Assistant to an outstanding Husband and Wife Team who continue to serve the Captiva Island Community and additionally, to the late Elizabeth (Betsy) Belpedio who was dedicated to Punta Rassa and Sanibel Island.
Kristine’s background in Logistics, Finance, Administration and Marketing have been invaluable assets for her and her real estate business and is one of the reasons her level of service may far surpass most. Her compressive worldwide marketing campaign, attention to details and entrepreneurial roots are why Kristine has been recognized by her customers for providing Exceptional Real Estate Service year after year. Additionally, Kristine’s network for resources are broad.
Kristine also completed additional education programs necessary to earn the professional designations of Sanibel and Captiva Island Specialist, she has been serving Sanibel and Captiva Island and Fort Myers Coastal Communities, apart from a team, since 2011 at John R Wood Properties where she has been a consistent Top 10 Producer.
Kristine and Tony attend the Sanibel Captiva Community Church and Kristine is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering as a Sustaining member of the Junior League of Fort Myers, the Fort Myers Women’s Community Club and spending time with her family.
